Shipping Methods and Timeframes
Domestic Shipping (UAE)
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping
- Standard International: 7-14 business days
- Express International: 3-5 business days
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM GST may not be processed until the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping (UAE)
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over AED 500
- Standard Shipping: AED 30 for orders under AED 500
- Express Shipping: AED 50
International Shipping
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight
- Chosen shipping method
Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
- You can track your package's status using this number on our website or directly through the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
- These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
- Rose Gold Empire has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delivery
- A signature may be required for delivery, especially for high-value items.
- Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct and accessible.
- For apartment buildings, please include any relevant building access information.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to most countries worldwide; however, there may be restrictions for certain locations.
- If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
Delays
- While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to:

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or your building management
- Look for a delivery notice
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- If still missing, contact our customer service within 48 hours

Address Changes
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at rosegoldempirejewellery@gmail.com.
- We will try to accommodate address changes if the order has not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
